Custom Menu Board Fabrication

Real-Life Example:

Texas-Based Ice Cream Shop – Located on the boardwalk of the Gulf Coast, the shop services its clients from all four sides of its boxed footprint.

The challenge: They had a very long and narrow area to put a sign on each side

The concerns: Vandalism and being exposed to the weather

After the display planning and product development phase, Origin fabricated a sign for each side that had the following qualities:

• Fabricated, welded and mitered custom extrusions to assemble boxes that would fit each area
• Water-tight gasket applied around the entire frame
• 1/4″ acrylic face used to lessen the likelihood of breakage
• Lock and key accessible
• Weatherproof powder coating
• Hidden hinge
• Gas strut on each side to hold the door open when changing graphics
